Ingredients for a "Perfect Butter yeast dough":
- 6 cups white flour / s;
- 2 cups of warm milk;
- Article 1.5. tablespoons of dry yeast;
- 0.5 cups of sugar;
- 3 eggs;
- . 1 teaspoon salt;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
- 3 tablespoons butter.
Recipe "Perfect Butter yeast dough":
Mix dry yeast with two cups of warm milk and one tablespoon of sugar.
Place the dish with brew in a warm place for about 10-15 minutes.
Add sponge in eggs, mayonnaise, salt and sugar, mix well all the ingredients together until uniform.
Small portions add the flour mixture, stirring continuously with a spatula or use a mixer ( "hook" nozzle).
Once the flour is completely stir, add the melted butter.
It is important that the oil has been added in the last turn, so get baking texture better.
Continue to knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic (at least for 10 minutes).
