Biscuits pasta - in itself a very tender and flavorful product if to prepare it according to the rules of French cuisine. But French coffee cookies pasta - a true delicacy!
I tried to find a good recipe for coffeemakarons, but I did not succeed. Earlier, I cooked macaroni macaroon filled with condensed milk, but I wanted to just coffee. As a result, I came up with myself and tried out this method of pasta bake cookies with the coffee aroma.
I liked the result, so I suggest ityou with a clear conscience. If you'll just follow the recipe, you'll get excellent gentlest cookies with chocolate filling and coffee flavor - the best that can be submitted to a cup of coffee. In addition, it is excellent to cook delicious cookies you can in just one hour.
Ingredients for "Coffee Cookie Eaters":
- 3 egg whites (aged at room temperature for 24-48 hours);
- 1/4 cup white sugar;
- 2 cup brown sugar;
- 1 cup almond flour;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of instant coffee (for the test);
- 1 cup chocolate chips (or chocolate chips);
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon of instant coffee (for filling);
- 1/2 cup whipping cream.
Recipe "Coffee Cookie Eaters":
In a bowl, whisk the egg whites with an electric mixer with the sugar.
Beat until they turn into a foam that can hold its shape.
Sift brown sugar and almond flour to get rid of lumps.
Sift the instant coffee in the almond flour.
Good mix all the dry ingredients together.
Gradually add the mixture of dry ingredients into the egg whites.
Stir the pasta dough for cookies. It should drain away from the spatula, but should not be too liquid.
Place the dough in a pastry bag to squeeze out of the bag directly from it to the pan.
I did not have a pastry bag, I put the dough in a conventional plastic bag, which is then cut off the area and used as a pastry bag.
Cover the pan with parchment paper and flatten well with her hands to get rid of air bubbles under the paper.
Can you draw on paper the same circles as a clue where to squeeze the dough out of the bag.
Squeeze the dough into the pan and leave it to standat room temperature for about 20 minutes (this prevents the cookies from cracks). The dough should be slightly dry (do not stick to your fingers when touched lightly).
Bake cookies at 150 gr pasta about 12-15 minutes. Cookies will be ready when the lag behind the parchment paper.
Combine chocolate chips, sugar and instant coffee together in a small saucepan.
Heat the mixture almost to a boil, stirring constantly, until chocolate is completely melted.
Turn off the heat and continue to stir until the chocolate ganache thickens.
Place the ganache in a plastic bag or pastry bag.
Squeezed out a small portion of ganache on one of the cookies and covers it with another cookie.
Keep the finished cookies pasta in the refrigerator before serving.
Serve Cookie coffee or cocoa.
