Easy Tiramisu cake recipe

  • 8 eggs;
  • 1.5 cups of sugar;
  • 1.5 cups of flour;
  • 2 cups of corn starch;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar.

For syrup:

  • 2 tbsp. Sahara;
  • 1.5 cups of strong brewed coffee;
  • 2 tbsp. heavy cream;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons coffee liqueur.

For filling:

  • 250g mascarpone cheese;
  • 2 cups powdered sugar;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 3 cups heavy cream.


  • 200g grated milk chocolate;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons of cocoa powder for sprinkling.

Preheat oven to 175 gr. C, oil the pan.

In a mixer, beat eggs and sugar untilthick white foam. In a separate bowl, combine the flour, vanilla sugar and cornstarch. Gently mix the eggs with the flour and knead the dough. Divide the dough into 3 pieces - it will be cakes for the cake. Bake cakes in the oven turn on for 20-25 minutes. Then let them cool completely.

While baked cakes, prepare the stuffing. Mix in a large bowl, mascarpone cheese, sugar and vanilla sugar. Beat with a mixer this mixture to form a homogeneous mixture and slowly enter cream.

To prepare the syrup, combine sugar, cream, coffee and coffee liqueur, stir the mixture until the sugar is dissolved.
