Lush vanilla biscuit
Ingredients for "Lush vanilla biscuit":
- 3 eggs;
- 1 cup powdered sugar;
- a pinch of salt;
- 2/3 cup flour;
- 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of milk;
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (vanilla powder sifted together with the flour).

Using a blender or food processor, beat the eggs, adding them in salt and powdered sugar. Add the powder gradually, continuing to whisk the eggs until stiff foam.
Sifted flour pour in the beaten eggs - all at once and quickly stir using a mixer.
In another bowl, combine the milk and butter together(If you use liquid vanilla extract instead of powder, add it too). Scoop a little test of the egg mixture and add to the milk and butter, stir and pour back into the batter. Mix well with a spatula.
Pour well-mixed dough into the baking dish and bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.
