If you like damp biscuits, you can moisten them with some of the cranberry juice. Your Christmas cake will be better, when will stay overnight in a refrigerator, so it is better to cook a little in advance.
Ingredients for "White Christmas cake with cranberries":
- 10 eggs;
- 2 cups of flour;
- 2 cups sugar;
- 300 g frozen cranberries;
- even 1 cup sugar;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of lemon juice;
- 150g soft butter;
- 200 g (1 pack), soft cheese;
- 2 cups chocolate chips, white;
- 2 cups cold heavy cream.

Prepare all the ingredients for the sponge cake: eggs, sugar and flour.
Break the eggs into the mixer bowl and beat for about 2 minutes.
Add a cup of sugar and continue beating.
Beat until the mixture until soft peaks form.
Now, in small portions, add the flour, stirring slowly.
Oil the two round baking dish and carefully pour them into the dough from the mixer bowl.
