Meat Loaf - is another delicious experiment ofturkey meat, baked in a square shape and resembles a bread cake. In fact, this dish is a meat casserole, in which also includes the eggs, flour, sour cream, herbs and cheese. To prepare the meat loaf you will need ready minced turkey (can be other birds). If the stuffing is not ready, it can be made from bacon or turkey thighs.
Ingredients for "Baked Meat Loaf":
- 1.5 kg of turkey meat (beef);
- 1-2 medium onions;
- 3-4 cloves of garlic;
- 1 egg;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour;
- bunch of fresh parsley;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- paprika - to taste;
- 100 g of mozzarella cheese;
- 1 tbsp. Spoon bread crumbs;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil.
Recipe for "Baked Meat Loaf":
The deep baking dish rectangular thoroughly grease with vegetable oil (if desired can be cream) and sprinkle with bread breadcrumbs.
Place the beef in a deep bowl. Garlic peel and pass through the press. Add crushed garlic to the meat and mix well.
Peel and finely chop the onion. For chopping onions can also use a hand blender, grater or food processor. Mix the minced meat with onions.
Then add the egg and sour cream.
Season all with salt, ground red and black pepper, stir until smooth.
Add the chopped parsley and stir.

Transfer the mixed ingredients into the prepared baking dish. Send your dish in the oven for 50 minutes, bake at 180-190 gr.S.
