Baked zucchini with minced meat and tomatoes

Casserole with minced zucchini with the addition oftomatoes, sour cream, onions and cheese - very simple and tasty dish. The combination of roasted vegetables, minced meat and sour cream (or cream) - can be called a classic. Casserole turns soft, tender and delicious crispy crust. In addition, thanks to the tomatoes, the dish turns out very juicy and literally melts in your mouth.

  • 4 medium zucchini;
  • 400 g of any stuffing;
  • 2-3 onions;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of tomato paste;
  • 6 medium tomatoes;
  • 100 g of any hard cheese;
  • 3-4 chicken eggs;
  • 150 g sour cream (can be whipped cream);
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • . 1 h sugar spoon (no slides);
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons of sunflower oil.

Onions clean and finely chop. Then it to fry pan with vegetable oil. When the onions acquire a golden color, add to it minced meat, salt and pepper to taste. Dilute tomato paste with 2 Art. tablespoons of water, add sugar and send it to the minced meat with onions on a frying pan.

Courgettes wash, peel and grate on largegrater. Then squeeze the juice and salt. Wash tomatoes and cut into slices. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs with sour cream or cream, salt, add spices.
