The dish is baked under a crust of delicious sour cream and cream cheese. You only need to put all the ingredients layers and send a half hour in the oven.   • 500g minced chicken;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tomatoes;
  • 1 bell pepper;
  • 1 potato;
  • 4 tbsp. sour cream;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon vegetable oil;

  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Onions clean from the husk, grind in blenderor through a meat grinder (you can just chop finely with a knife). Mix the onion with minced chicken, add spices to taste and salt. Then, the weight put in a fireproof dish, which are going to bake the dish.
