Casserole with meat, tomato and eggplant -Iraqi dish. This is typical of Southern cuisine rich blend of vegetable and beef stew.   • 6 cups water;

  • 2 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 small potatoes (optional);
  • 60 g of cheese (mozzarella, suluguni Adyghe - optional).

Additionally

  • oil for frying (about 1/2 cup);
  • 1 liter of water;
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of salt.

Cut the eggplant into slices
