Cauliflower with vegetables and chicken meat

This vegetable can be a good side dish to meat in baked or stewed or fried with different additives and spices. We offer an excellent cabbage recipe with minced chicken, carrot, onion, tomato and sweet pepper. In addition, the perfect complement to a dish of soy sauce, rice and sour cream, turning into a real masterpiece dish, based on cauliflower, baked in the oven.

Ingredients for "Cauliflower with vegetables and chicken meat":

  • 1 medium cauliflower forks;
  • 0.5 kg of ready-minced chicken;
  • 1 medium carrot;
  • 2 sweet peppers;
  • 1 large tomato;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 50 grams of rice;
  • 200 g sour cream;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons soy sauce;
  • 100 g of crude (solid grade)
  • salt, pepper, spices - to taste.

Cauliflower wash, disassemble into florets and boil slightly (about 5 min.) In salted water. Rice also boil until tender in salted water.

In the finished chicken mince, add grated carrot, finely chopped onions, cooked rice and peppers, chopped into small pieces. Minced meat with vegetables and rice with salt, add spices to taste.

Now cook the sour cream and soy sauce. Simply mix the sour cream and soy sauce. On request, you can replace sour cream with mayonnaise.

Now fit into the greased with vegetableoil bakeware all the ingredients layers: a layer of cauliflower peremazhte sauce, then a layer of minced meat, the sauce again, then a layer of cabbage. At the end of the top generously lubricate the food sauce, then place the tomato, cut into thin slices, and sprinkle everything with grated cheese on a grater.

Send your dish in the oven to bake at 180 oC for about 40-45 minutes.

Serve hot with bread and fresh herbs.
