Easy casserole of cauliflower

Baked cauliflower with cheese, chickenmeat and vegetables can be an excellent dinner for the whole family. The dish is prepared simply and quickly, without taking up a lot of time and effort. It gives a very gentle and easy, and at the same time rich, tasty and enriched with beneficial vitamins. Dairy cream and cheese casserole give a very delicate flavor and juiciness, and spices and condiments turn the dish from the usual chicken and vegetables in a real delicacy.

  • 2 legs;
  • 1 carrot;
  • 1 onion;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • 500-600 g cauliflower;
  • 200 ml non-greasy cream;
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons of mayonnaise;
  • 100 g of hard cheese;
  • . 1 teaspoon dried dill;
  • salt, black pepper - to taste;
  • other condiments - to taste.

Cauliflower good wash under runningwater and disassemble into florets. Then boil the cabbage in lightly salted water for 5-7 minutes. Optionally you can add a few Goroshkov black pepper or other spices (pepper, dill, garlic).

Onions and carrots clean, chopped andfry in vegetable oil until golden brown. After roasting vegetables fold in a sieve or a place on a paper towel to excess oil glass - so casserole a less oily.

Drumsticks wash and chop into pieces. Salt and pepper the meat, to shift it into a greased baking dish. On top lay half chicken frying, boiled cabbage and then fried the rest.
