Frittata - a recipe that is somewhere betweenand bake omelet with vegetables and ham. Italian dish is perfect as a wholesome calorie breakfast before a heavy working day. Frittata can be cooked on the stove or bake in the oven. Peasant traditional frittata contains potatoes, leeks and Parmesan cheese. But in our recipe we propose to take the onions, and use any hard cheese. Good to know that it is not accepted to add foods that contain a lot of liquid during frittata (eg, tomatoes). The dish should look like thick potato omelette.

- 3-4 large potatoes;
- 1 large onion;
- 1 Bulgarian red pepper;
- 4 chicken eggs;
- 100-150 grams of ham;
- 30-50 g of hard cheese;
- salt, spices, black pepper - to taste.
Recipe "in Italian frittata":
Cut the onion rings and fry it in vegetable oil. Pepper wash, cut into cubes, add to the onions to the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes.
Serve for breakfast, accompanied by milk or tomato juice.
