Mushrooms baked in the oven with eggs and cheese

Mushrooms baked in the oven, I tried torestaurant during our New Year's trip to the Crimea - and I wanted to repeat this tasty dish in the kitchen, so I finally made it for lunch yesterday. It pleased me the recipe, I added garlic, but other than that, withstood all the same components.

Ingredients for "mushrooms, baked in the oven with eggs and cheese":

  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil;
  • 150-200 g mushrooms;
  • 1 clove of garlic;
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. grated cheese (parmesan or another grade);
  • a little parsley.

On the stove over medium heat, heat the olive oilin a frying pan. Add the mushrooms (previously washed and coarsely chopped) and let them fried for 3-5 minutes, or until golden brown. Then add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste them. Continue to fry the mushrooms and garlic for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat and reload the mushrooms in a baking dish.
