Potato Casserole with sausages

Potato gratin in the oven, cookedbased on mashed potatoes - a great alternative to the usual tolchenke boiled potatoes. Frankfurters and other sausages serve as a meat ingredient, which is also unusual for this dish. In general, it turns out very tasty, economical and easy to prepare potato casserole in the oven.

Ingredients for "Potato Casserole with sausage":

  • 1.5 kg of potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 30-40 g butter (for the sauce);
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil (for greasing the form);
  • 150 g milk;
  • 50 g of tomato paste (tomato sauce or ketchup);
  • 150 g of hard cheese;
  • 5-6 sausages (suitable sausages, hunting sausages and other sausages on your taste);
  • salt;
  • fresh greens.

Wash potatoes and peel. Boil out of it mashed potatoes with oil and milk. Ready Mix mashed potatoes with chicken eggs, podsolite and place this mixture into a greased baking dish.

Top mashed grease tomato paste (or sauceketchup). If you are chosen as the filling of tomato paste, it should sprinkle with sugar (tsp no slides will be enough). On top lay a layer of tomato sauce sausage. They can put whole or cut into pieces. All this is abundantly sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. at 180 gr.S. When serving, sprinkle the dish with fresh chopped herbs.
