Prepared casserole is quite simple, and the result is always the case that it is impossible to break away. We offer you a dish of vegetables and meat, called a casserole of zucchini in the oven.

Ingredients for "Squash Casserole with minced meat":

  • 3 young zucchini;
  • 400-500 g of any ground meat (great pig-beef or chicken);
  • 3 tomatoes;
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic;
  • 1 onion;
  • 150 g sour cream (you can mayonnaise);
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
  • salt, seasoning for beef, ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 100 g of any hard cheese.

Cut the zucchini into thin circles, salt, add finely chopped garlic and oil. On your taste, add salt and spices. Put on a baking sheet for baking squash half.

Minced meat with salt, pepper and knead well (if you choose to add to it 1 egg) and place the second layer on zucchini. Top lubricate the sour cream (mayonnaise).

The third layer lay cut into slices tomatoes, onions, and then again - a layer of zucchini.

Grease the dish on top of sour cream (mayonnaise) and send it to half an hour in the oven to bake at 180-200 gr.S.

After half an hour, sprinkle casserole with grated grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes.
