  • 2 eggs;
  • 2 tbsp. l. milk;
  • sea ​​salt and freshly ground black pepper - to taste;
  • 2 stalks of asparagus, cut into small pieces;
  • 3-4 cherry tomatoes, cut in half;
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh spinach;
  • 1 small piece of cheese "Health" (or cheese), sliced ​​and diced.
