Young squash casserole

Casserole cooked zucchini and youngdelicate dough, can be a great family meal. Cook it simply, the vegetables are crushed and filled with a liquid batter on top of all sprinkled with grated cheese, then the dish half an hour goes in the oven and everything is ready! It turns out very tender casserole with young zucchini and crispy cheese crust.

Ingredients for "Baked zucchini young":

  • 250g of young zucchini squash;
  • 1 bulb onion;
  • green onion - to taste;
  • 70 g mozzarella cheese;
  • 20 g parmesan cheese;
  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour;
  • 1 packet of baking powder to the test;
  • 200 g low-fat milk;
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of olive oil;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • black pepper, salt - to taste.

Begin by preparing the filling. Courgettes wash, peel. Then, zucchini and mozzarella cheese rub on a coarse grater. Onions and green onions finely chop. Mix the onion, cheese and zucchini. Optionally you can add any seasoning in the stuffing.

Now proceed to the preparation of the dough. Pour half a cup of flour in a bowl, add baking powder, milk, eggs, olive oil. All of this salt, pepper and mix thoroughly. Take a deep baking dish, grease it with olive oil and sprinkle it with cheese vegetables. Above all pour batter.

Parmesan cheese rub on a small grater. Instead parmesan can take any other hard cheese of your choice. Sprinkle casserole with grated cheese and send it in a preheated oven. Bake the dish at a temperature of 200 oC for about 30-40 minutes.

Baked zucchini with cheese can be served hot or cold.
