  • 1/3 cup sugar;
  • 2 tablespoons flour;
  • 2 tablespoons butter.

For the cupcakes:

  • 2 cups of flour;
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder (or soda);
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1/2 cup olive oil;
  • 3/4 cup sugar;
  • . 1 teaspoon vanilla (or 2-3 bags of 10g of vanilla sugar);
  • 3 ripe bananas;
  • Tile 1 (100 g) of a white chocolate chips on frayed;
  • ½ cup chopped dried cherries (can substitute canned or frozen), pitted.

Divide the batter evenly among the 12 cups form. Sprinkle each muffin powder, forming the powder of a hill in the center of each muffin. Send the form in the oven. If you bake in paper cups, set all the cups on a baking sheet and place on the oven rack.

Bake in a preheated to 190 oC oven for 20-25 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center of muffin comes out clean.

Remove the form from the oven, let the muffins cool slightly in the form, and then place them on the grill, so they have cooled completely.
