The French word desservir - means "cleanfrom the table". In European countries, a tradition to finish lunch dessert originated in the XIX century. Until that time, sweets were the exclusive privilege of the nobility, for instance such as sand cake and coconut cupcakes. That's a mere mortal such joy were available only on major holidays. Dessert has always been a kind of indicator of wealth, exquisite delicacy.

    To prepare chocolate cakes with nuts, you must:
