Any baking, the main component of whicha cottage in Ukraine called cheesecakes. No cheese cakes (it can be a cake or pie, which is called "plyatsok"), it is impossible to imagine any one cafe in Western Ukraine.

Preparation of cheesecake:
need to melt the margarine and add the sugar to prepare dough. The proteins separated from the yolks and egg yolks to add margarine and sugar.
Mix well. Add the flour and a teaspoon of hydrated soda. Knead the dough, divide it into two parts and put 2 hours in the refrigerator. While the dough cools, prepare the filling: cheese skip through a meat grinder, to make it smooth.
Adding to the cottage cheese 3 eggs and protein, the remainder of thedough, sugar and oil. The mixture is thoroughly mixed until smooth. If the cheese is too wet, add a little flour or starch - filling should not be very liquid.
On a baking sheet or in the form Grate one piece of dough and spread evenly on top of the curd filling. The second piece of dough grate on top of the filling.
