Stuffed baked apples with honey

And today I prepared stuffed with applesa mixture of dried apricots, raisins, pieces of apple pulp, dressed with honey and lemon juice. Depending on the cultivar selected for roasting apples, baking time will be different. But I advise you to choose the hard sour apples as the filling itself is quite sweet. It is also important that, after baking apples turned out soft, but not too much. So that they do not lose their shape a sort of "apple pots" stuffed inside.

  • 4 solid sour-sweet apple;

  • 1/4 cup dried raisins;
  • 1/3 cup dried apricots;
  • juice of one lemon;
  • 1/2 hour cinnamon.;
  • 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar;

Soak dried apricots and raisins
Prepare all the ingredients: dried apricots or raisins if very dry, you can soak them in hot water for a few minutes and then drain.
