Toffee - handmade chocolates

Caramel recipe that I propose, is embodied ina candy. I'll tell you how to cook at home is one of the most favorite treats children and adults - chocolate and caramel toffee. Sweet homemade sweets prepared very simply, and obtained much tastier purchased. In addition, the self-made toffee, will not contain any dyes, preservatives, and, therefore, will be absolutely safe even for babies.

  • 200 g sugar (white or brown);
  • 500 ml of milk (fat);
  • 100 g butter;
  • 2-3 tbsp. spoons of honey;
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
  • 3-4 of chocolate (dark or milk, can be different);
  • 50-70 g of shelled nuts (any, can be a mixture of nuts).

Start preparing chocolates with caramel. To do this, take a small saucepan, sprinkle in sugar in it and put it on a plate. Sugar heat it to become liquid, then add to it the milk, stirring, boil for 10 minutes. When the milk is boiling, reduce the heat and add the honey, vanilla sugar and butter. Cook caramel mass, stirring, over low heat until thickened.

Now take a small pan, grease it with oil, Cover the parchment, pour the warm caramel and smooth spatula. Let sit for 5 minutes.

After the upper bit toffeefreezes, but will still be warm, put on 3-4 caramel chocolate bars (logo down). To quickly melted chocolate, you can put the pan in a warm (not hot) oven for 5-10 minutes.
