Ingredients for "Baked pumpkin with rice, apples and nuts":
- 30-40 g of raisins;
- 150 g plums, or prunes;
- 30-40 g of almonds;
- Pumpkin weighing about 2 kg;
- 3-4 apples;
- 1 h. Spoon of cinnamon;
- 150 g butter;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons of white sugar;
- 4 tbsp. rice spoons;
- a pinch of salt.

Cut out pumpkin flesh seedless finelycut. Plums (prunes), wash, remove them from the bones, chop. Apple peel, remove core with seeds, chop into fine strips.
Almonds chop with a knife, fry without oil in a frying pan until golden brown.
Heat the oven to 190 gr.S. Raisins fold in a colander. Mix all the prepared ingredients: cooled rice, apples, plums, pumpkin pulp, almonds, raisins, sugar, butter and cinnamon. Stuff both halves of the pumpkin filling received and place them on a greased baking sheet. Send your dish baked in the oven for 1.5 hours to complete the preparation of the pulp of the pumpkin and rice porridge.
Before serving, you can add to a dish more butter or whipped cream.
