Casserole of grated pumpkin

Pumpkin Casserole
Begin by preparing the products. Pumpkin pulp grate or chop into small cubes. Cheese also grate. All the vegetables, wash and finely chop pieces. Optionally, you can add any vegetables in casserole: sweet pepper, garlic, potatoes, zucchini, eggplant, frozen vegetables, which are sold in packages. Ham cut into cubes or slices.

Pour the oil into the pan, and fry the vegetables and ham over medium heat for 6-8 minutes until golden brown. At the end of all the salt and pepper to taste.

In a large bowl, mix together the grated cheese, and eggs. Carefully enter the flour to avoid lumps formed, and mix well, add salt and any spices.

Grease a baking tin with oil and reload it in the roasted vegetables and ham. Top evenly egg-cheese mixture. Bake the casserole in the oven at 180 gr.C for 20-25 minutes.
