Baked potatoes in julienne
Ingredients for "Julien in a baked potato":
- 4 large potatoes;
- 400 g button mushrooms;
- 1 medium onion
- 100 g butter;
- Article 0.5. tablespoons flour;
- 250 ml of sour cream or cream;
- salt - to taste;
- peppers, vegetables, spices - to taste;
- 100 g of grated cheese.
Recipe "Julien in a baked potato":
Mushrooms, wash and finely chop, onion as wellcut into small cubes. Melt in a pan piece of butter, and send it to the mushrooms.
