Stuffed potatoes in the oven - unusualan appetizer for the holiday table. It's very simple, and at the same time incredibly spectacular, tasty dish that will impress with its originality even seasoned gourmets. The potatoes in this recipe acts as dishes, in which the baked mushroom stuffing with cheese. In general, a baked potato, mushrooms, sour cream and cheese - a classic. These products are ideally combined with one another, turning into a stunningly delicious delicacy - stuffed with potatoes in the oven.

Ingredients for "Julien in a baked potato":

  • 4 large potatoes;
  • 400 g button mushrooms;
  • 1 medium onion
  • 100 g butter;
  • Article 0.5. tablespoons flour;
  • 250 ml of sour cream or cream;
  • salt - to taste;
  • peppers, vegetables, spices - to taste;
  • 100 g of grated cheese.

Potato tubers are well wash, but the rind is not removed. Place the potatoes on ungreased baking sheet and bake in the oven at 180 oC for 12-15 minutes. Remove the potatoes from the oven, cool.

Cut each potato in half lengthwise. Then gently, scraped the flesh from the potatoes with a knife or a teaspoon. You should have a kind of boat with boards 7-10 mm thick.

Mushrooms, wash and finely chop, onion as wellcut into small cubes. Melt in a pan piece of butter, and send it to the mushrooms. Simmer mushrooms over medium heat for 7-10 minutes, then add to it chopped onion. Simmer mushrooms and onions until tender. At the end of the frying pan, add the flour, stirring quickly to the mass thickens. Then pour into the pan sour cream or cream. Season with salt, pepper and remove from heat. Julien filling potato boats ready.

Put the potato boats on a greasedbaking. In each boat, place a small piece of butter and a little spice for vegetables, salt and pepper. Fill the mushroom filling pumps.
