Potatoes with bacon in the oven - a variation on theThread baked potatoes with the addition of bacon, meat or vegetables. Ready meals easy, it turns out tasty and looks nice. Soft baked potatoes goes well with bacon, sausage, salami and melted cheese. And spices, herbs, onions and garlic give a wonderful aroma of a delicious dish called potato with bacon in the oven.

Ingredients for "Potatoes with bacon in the oven":

  • 8 oblong oval potatoes;
  • 100 g of bacon;
  • 1 onion (optional);
  • 100 g of sausages (salamis best);
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic;
  • salt and spices - to taste;
  • 50 g of hard cheese;
  • 80 g sour cream;
  • 1 bunch of dill and parsley.

The recipe for "Potatoes with bacon in the oven":

Potato wash, clean, dry and make it a few deep transverse incisions.
Bacon, salami and cheese, cut into thin slices. The greens and garlic finely chop. Bow clean, cut into rings.

The incisions are made in the potatoes, put alternating slices of cheese, sausages, bacon and onion rings. Sprinkle with salt, spices, chopped herbs and garlic.

Potatoes can be baked in a greasedvegetable oil form. But it is better to wrap it in 2 layers of aluminum foil or put in a culinary sleeve - so the melted cheese will follow and burnt to the contrary.

Bake the dish in the oven for 45-50 minutes at 180 g. ° C.
