Potatoes with mushrooms in the oven

Fried potatoes with mushrooms, a recipe which we atoffer - exquisite and at the same time, a simple dish. All you need - it's potatoes and any mushrooms. Through the bechamel sauce, which is quite difficult to do, you will be able to diversify the delicious potatoes with mushrooms in the oven.

Ingredients for "Potatoes with mushrooms in the oven":

  • 6 medium potatoes;
  • 300-400 g of any mushrooms (best chanterelles, mushrooms or mushrooms);
  • 80-100 g hard cheese (optional);
  • 3 onions;
  • garlic, spices, fresh herbs - to your taste;
  • 200 ml bechamel sauce (optional).

Take a deep pan, put itthe first layer of potatoes, then the mushrooms and onions. Potatoes with mushrooms and so it turns out very tasty, but if you want to make this dish a real culinary masterpiece - Pour the béchamel sauce on top of the vegetables, which is very simply prepared.

Rub on a small grater cheese and garlic, chop the herbs and sprinkle them potatoes with onions. Send a baking sheet in the oven and bake for 25-30 minutes at 220 gr.S.
