  • 1 duck (about 1.8-2 kg);
  • For the marinade:

    • 1 cup mayonnaise;
    • 6 large cloves of garlic, crushed in the frog;
    • half a large onion;
    • teaspoon seasoning for poultry;
    • Art. spoon of honey;
    • a bunch of parsley;
    • salt and pepper - to taste.

    For filling:

    • 3 cups lightly welded rice;
    • large green (sour) apple;
    • 2 large carrots;
    • few stalks of celery.
