Bread with bran - a very useful thing in the diet of any family. If you want to make the menu more healthy, if you have intestinal problems - choose bread with bran.

Think about it: there really is no reason to buy for a healthy diet product made with ingredients that are very far from a healthy diet, you would never use at home. Mix warm water (approximately 40 gr) together with the yeast and sugar in a large bowl or a bowl mixer. Let the mixture (Opara) will stand for approximately 10 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 gr.S.
Meanwhile let rolls rise for about 15 minutes.
You must install 2 shelves in the oven. Put 2 cups of hot boiled water on the bottom shelf. This will help the muffins rise more during baking.

Remove the cup with water from the oven after 10 minutes of baking.
Continue to cook the buns for a further 15 minutes or until golden crisp.
