Heat the milk in a small saucepan over medium heat to a degree until bubbles appear on the sides of the pan. Remove the milk from the heat and let it cool down to a temperature of about 40 gr.S.
In a small bowl, mix the dry active yeast,2 tbsp. tablespoons of warm water and a pinch of sugar. Stir with your fingers a few times, and then let the mixture stand up for 5 minutes. Yeast should start to bubble a bit and gain a creamy frothy consistency.
In the mixer bowl, combine butter, lightlyrefrigerated milk (check out his finger and let it cool for a few minutes, if it is hot), eggs, sugar and yeast. Mix nozzle "beater" at low speed, until the butter is completely dissolved.
Mix two cups flour and salt, then add the mixture into the bowl of the mixer. Blend on high speed until well mixed.

After a specified time, lay out the dough on a floured board and roll into a thick layer (1.5 to 2 cm thick).
