To reduce the time for the preparation of thisdishes need to knead the dough in advance, for example, the night before cooking. So you can get ready-made dough from the refrigerator in the morning and quickly bake a treat without spending more than an hour to prepare.

For the dough:
- 500 g flour;
- 1 package dry yeast;
- . 1 teaspoon salt;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon cinnamon;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons brown sugar;
- 200 g of water.
- 50 g butter;
- Article 0.5. cinnamon;
- 2 tbsp. spoon of white sugar.
For the glaze:
- 150 g of powdered sugar;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 2-3 tbsp. spoons of milk.

The dough should be prepared in advance. The night before, mix the flour, salt, yeast, cinnamon and brown sugar in a bowl, mix thoroughly.
Add one cup of water at room temperature. Mix well until smooth. The resulting dough should be wet and sticky. Cover the bowl with the dough with a lid and place in the refrigerator overnight.
In the morning, remove the dough from the refrigerator and let it warm up at room temperature.
Sprinkle the dough and work surface with flour.
Roll out the dough with a rolling pin into a rectangle. Periodically sprinkle the dough with flour to avoid sticking to the work surface.
Melt butter in a microwave oven. Add to butter white sugar and cinnamon. The resulting filling for buns mix well.
Pour the filling over the dough and flatten with a spoon.
Roll the dough with the filling in the roll. Using a sharp knife, cut the roll in the 10-12 pieces of the same size (about 1.5-2 cm wide).
Baking dish lightly oil. Put sliced cinnamon rolls in shape.
Leave the buns to form at room temperature, so they came. While dough rises, set the oven to heat up to 180 gr.S.

While cinnamon rolls are baked, go preparing glaze. Mix powdered sugar, vanilla sugar and warm milk. Stir until smooth.
