  • 450 g of finished puff dough;
  • 1 egg (for stuffing);
  • 450 grams of chicken or mixed minced meat;
  • 2 tbsp. Spoon white bread crumbs;
  • ? small bulbs (. or 1 tsp onion powder);
  • 2 cloves of garlic (or 1 teaspoon of garlic powder.);
  • . 1 teaspoon dry mustard;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped herbs (parsley and dill);
  • ? teaspoon salt.;
  • 1 small egg (for greasing pies);
  • 1 tbsp. water spoon.

Beat the egg with a fork
Preheat oven to 220 gr.S.
Cover the pan with parchment paper, grease it a little oil and set aside until the side.
Fork, beat the egg in a large bowl until foamy state.

Add to the bowl all the ingredients for stuffing
Add a bowl of beef, bread crumbs, chopped garlic and onions (or garlic powder and onion), parsley, mustard and salt.

We share the beef into 6 parts
Well mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass.
Then divide the stuffing into 6 equal parts.

Roll out half the dough and cut
Divide the dough in half.
On floured surface roll out one piece of dough into a thin rectangle.
Cut the rectangle into three parts so that you have formed three test strips.

We spread the filling on the dough
In the center of each strip of pastry Put the prepared part of the meat filling.

We turn off the test strip in coils
Fold the strip of dough around the filling and roll into a good seal seam, firmly holding the edge with your fingers.

Cut each roll into 6 pieces
