French toast is very similar to our toast. However, it is much more butter, a sweet-smelling vanilla and cinnamon and more suitable for tea or coffee.
Moreover, French toast - is faster than aeg, yeast pancakes for breakfast. Cut thick slices of bread soaked in beaten egg and milk, with vanilla flavor, roasted until golden brown - what could be better?
Finished toasts served coffee with milk, justsprinkle them with powdered sugar or honey watering. Very good taste French toast with jam or marmalade. If you love the smell of cinnamon, I advise you to include it in the recipe as well.
All you need to - it's a bit staleloaf, I think, it exists in many sectors. So, do not rush to throw it away, because the French toast is best obtained because of stale bread. Fresh loaf is not suitable for making French toast, it falls apart or is too soft. Stale bread drier than fresh, and easy to absorb the egg with the milk.
It will also fall apart thinly sliced bread. It is best to cut the slices of not less than one and a half centimeters thick. The more stale bread, the thinner you can cut it.
