Sochniki recipe which is written below - this is my "tricky" for the invention of children who do not like cheese.
The fact that my sister came to me withniece and I regaled them with his sochnikami with cottage cheese on the grandmother's recipe. My sister and I ate with pleasure delicious homemade muffins (recipe HERE sochnikov), recalling his childhood, but his niece - no. The child carefully picked out and asked curd sweeten remaining bun.
As a result, I decided to prepare for her sochniki (recipe with sugar) from the test in which added still curd. (It should be somehow useful to feed cheese stubborn children!).
The result was a very personal: soft cheese sochniki of pastry, sheathed with sugar - delicious, without yeast, and very quickly. Excellent pastries, which blends perfectly with a cup of coffee.
