Homemade curd with sugar sochniki

Sochniki recipe which is written below - this is my "tricky" for the invention of children who do not like cheese.

The fact that my sister came to me withniece and I regaled them with his sochnikami with cottage cheese on the grandmother's recipe. My sister and I ate with pleasure delicious homemade muffins (recipe HERE sochnikov), recalling his childhood, but his niece - no. The child carefully picked out and asked curd sweeten remaining bun.

As a result, I decided to prepare for her sochniki (recipe with sugar) from the test in which added still curd. (It should be somehow useful to feed cheese stubborn children!).

The result was a very personal: soft cheese sochniki of pastry, sheathed with sugar - delicious, without yeast, and very quickly. Excellent pastries, which blends perfectly with a cup of coffee.

Ingredients for "Homemade cheese sochniki sugar":

  • 2 cups white flour / s;
  • 2 cups of cottage cheese;
  • . 1 teaspoon baking soda;
  • Article 8. tablespoons of melted butter;
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt.;
  • 1/4 cup of granulated sugar.

Recipe for "Homemade cheese sochniki sugar":

knead the dough
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking soda, melted butter, cottage cheese and salt. Stir until smooth.
Cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator for half an hour.

We share the dough into 18 pieces
Divide the dough into 18 equal parts.
Hands roll each piece into a ball.
The dough comes out slightly sticky, so grease your hands with vegetable oil.

Make round cakes
Gently hold the balls with his hands, forming a circle of which approximately 12 cm in diameter.

Dipped in sugar circle
Sprinkle sugar on a flat plate.
Take one circle of dough, put it down on the sugar, then fold the circle in half (sugar should be inside).

Dipped in sugar semicircle
Put the semicircle on sugar again and again fold in half to make a triangle.

Dipped in sugar triangle
The resulting triangle is also a side dip in sugar and place on a baking sheet (grit up).

We spread on a baking sochniki
Repeat the process with the remaining biscuits.
Preheat oven to 190 gr.S.
Place all sochniki cheese on a baking sheet (it can be pre-coated parchment paper, or a grease).
Use two baking, if necessary, but leave some space between the buns as they grow well during baking.

Bake in the oven sochniki
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until cheese is slightly browned sochniki.
