Hot sandwiches with cheese and tomatoes

Open sandwich, baked in the oven with tomatoes, garlic, balsamic vinegar and two kinds of cheese, can also serve as an excellent appetizer on the holiday table.   • 2 tomatoes;
  • 6 slices of bread;
  • 2-3 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 15 g butter;
  • 2 cloves crushed garlic;
  • salt and pepper - to taste;
  • 50 g grated cheese (parmesan);
  • 50 g goat cheese;
  • 1-2 tbsp. tablespoons chopped herbs (basil, parsley, rosemary);
  • 1-2 tbsp. spoons of balsamic vinegar.

Heat a frying pan over medium heat. Melt the butter in it and fry until golden brown, each slice of bread on both sides.
Heat oven to 200 gr.S. Baking brush with vegetable oil. In a small bowl, combine olive oil, crushed garlic, vinegar, salt and pepper. Sprinkle this mixture croutons and place them on a baking sheet.

On top of the croutons lay thinly slicedslices of goat cheese, chopped tomato slices. All on top, sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese and chopped herbs. On top of the prepared sandwich Put another toast.
