These fragrant and lush buns filled with cherries and topped with a sweet topping - simply irresistible. I have long wanted to make them, after they have tried in the house of my friend.

For filling

  • 28 large sweet cherries (fresh, pitted);

  • 2 1/4 cups of flour;

  • 3/4 cup of warm milk;
  • 3 tbsp. spoons of sugar;
  • 1 tbsp. tablespoon butter;
  • 1 egg;
  • 1/4 hr. Of salt.

For the topping

  • 3 tbsp. tablespoons flour;
  • 2 tbsp. tablespoons cold butter (grated on a grater);
  • 2 tbsp. spoons of sugar.

Besides

  • 1 egg (for lubrication of rolls);
  • a little olive oil.

Mix brew: warm milk, sugar and yeast. Let the mixture stand for about 10 minutes.
Add sponge in salt, oil, and egg. Gradually add flour and knead by hand until the dough is smooth and elastic. It should get a little sticky.

We share dough into 7 parts
