Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the onions until golden brown, stirring frequently.
Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and chop themcut. Add the mushrooms to the pan with the onion, stir and cook, stirring occasionally, until the moisture has evaporated and mushrooms begin to brown (about 15 minutes).
Put fried in a bowl, add the grated cheese on a coarse grater, finely chopped boiled chicken, salt and pepper to taste, stir.
Fry the pancakes and place them on a slide plate. Set aside until the side.
