Cooking pancakes on milk:
Pancakes are prepared quite simply - from the usualmilky oil dough without addition of yeast. You can knead the dough on the water, but the most successful pancakes turn out to cow's milk. The convenient bowl pour the chilled milk.

Important: you need to fry the pancakes on a dry frying pan, without oil or other fat. Preheat a frying pan and pour a ladle batter - one pancake is about one medium ladle.
