Patties with apples in the oven, which structureIt includes cinnamon and raisins - a great dish from my childhood. Golden brown, melting in your mouth the filling of apples and raisins, cinnamon aroma. This recipe of butter dough advised my grandmother to cook. Of course, like all such dishes, pies can not be considered as dietary, but at least once a month, we can treat yourself to a tasty bread, which is called the pies with apples in the oven.
Patties with apples from yeast dough with raisins and cinnamon
Ingredients for "pies with apples from yeast dough with raisins and cinnamon":
- 1/2 kg sweet apples of any variety;
- icing sugar to taste (depending on the natural sweetness of apples);
- 1/2 Art. spoon of starch;
- 100-150 g of raisins;
- 1 tbsp. spoon cinnamon (ground);
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- Optionally, you can add nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, peanuts).
For the dough:
- 5/4 cup white flour / s;
- 1 cup milk;
- 1 package dry yeast;
- 50-60 gr. margarine;
- Article 5-6. spoons of sugar;
- 2 eggs for the test;
- 1 egg for greasing pies surface;
- sesame seeds (optional);
- a pinch of salt.
Recipe "Pies with apples from yeast dough with raisins and cinnamon":
3 tablespoons sugar, beat two eggs and alsoadding the resulting mixture to the yeast-based. All mix well with a spoon or whisk. We begin in small portions in quietly pour the sifted flour. Knead a soft dough.
When you cook the dough, leave it in a bowl, cover with a towel, for an hour. After this time, the dough is ready for pies.
Next we put the patties on a greasedmargarine or baking sheet, brush with a special grease from the top with beaten egg, sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired or crushed nuts. We reserve the patties to stand in a warm place for 15 minutes and send it in the oven. Bake at 180 grams. C for 40-50 minutes.
Remove the baking sheet from the oven and let cool completely patties. Serve with milk, homemade compote or cocoa.
