Puff puff dough stuffed withcherries and chocolate - it is extremely tasty delicacy, which is also quite simple to prepare. All you need - is to take a ready-made puff pastry yeast and cherries (fresh, canned or frozen). Variety of recipes you can use a bar of chocolate and spices. For half an hour you will get a sweet dessert that is perfect for tea or coffee for breakfast.
Ingredients for "Puff with cherry and chocolate":
- 200 g cherries, pitted;
- 100 g of sugar;
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar;
- 1 tbsp. Spoon flour;
- a pinch of salt;
- 1 egg;
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons powdered sugar (sand);
- 500 g of finished puff dough;
- 50 g of chocolate;
- thyme, black pepper - to taste.
The recipe for "Puff with cherry and chocolate":
Put the oven to heat up to 180 gr.S. Frozen ready-made puff pastry thaw. In a small bowl, combine cherries, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, flour and salt.
In a separate bowl whisk together the egg and set aside.
Thawed dough, roll into a rectangle and cut into squares with a knife.
Put the squares of dough on a baking sheet, the laid parchment paper. Put a tablespoon of cherry mixture in center of each square. Brush the edges with beaten egg.
Break chocolate into small pieces. Add to stuffing a chocolate crumb.
Sprinkle on top of all the chopped thyme and black pepper to taste.
Fold the edges of the dough to make a triangle. Tightly zaschepit edges of the dough with a fork, so that the filling does not leak.
Brush with beaten egg puff.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or sand.
