- 1.2 kg of flour;
- 5 eggs;
- finely grated zest of 1 lemon;
- 4 tablespoons sour cream;
- 10 st.lozhek sugar;
- 50 g of fresh yeast;
- 10 st.lozhek vegetable oil;
- 500 ml (2 cups) warm milk;
- 1 egg, beaten with a mixer;
- 2-3 tbsp. tablespoons of powdered sugar.
For rolls with poppy seeds:
- 400 g of ground in a coffee grinder poppy seeds;
- 150 ml of hot milk;
- 12 Art. spoons of sugar;
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar.
For rolls with nuts:
- 400 g coarsely milled and lightly toasted walnuts;
- 10 st.lozhek sugar;
- 2 sachets of vanilla sugar;
- 2 tbsp. spoons of condensed milk.

In a bowl with the flour, add the eggs and the rest of the milk,sour cream, lemon zest, butter and sponge. Mix all together. Knead until a homogeneous smooth dough. Cover and leave for 1 hour in a warm place for the dough has risen, almost doubled in size.
Meanwhile Let us prepare mixes for stuffingSwiss rolls. Ground walnuts mixed with sugar, condensed milk and vanilla sugar and set aside. In a separate bowl, pour the hot milk poppy, stir well and let it cool completely. When it reaches room temperature, add sugar and vanilla sugar and stir.
Preheat the oven to 150-160 gr.S.
Put the dough on a working board, floured, obmesite again and divide into 6 equal pieces.
Roll each piece of dough with a rolling pin into a rectangular layer of about 30x40 cm. If the dough is sticky, you can use oil or sprinkle it with flour additionally.
Each layer of rolled out evenly placeone third of the poppy or walnut filling, leaving a clean 2-3 cm on each side. Roll up from the reservoir to the filling and roll gently shift it on a greased baking sheet. Repeat the process with each of the test piece.
Finished rolls, remove from the oven, sprinkle with powdered sugar (optional) and let them cool completely (at least 2-3 hours). Cut the roll transverse slices and serve tea.
