In addition, it is preparing a snack simply because you do not need to prepare their own toppings to bake the sausages in puff pastry in the oven.

Ingredients for "Sausages, baked in dough":

  • 12 medium-sized sausages;
  • 250 ml. milk (1 cup);
  • 1 egg;
  • 1 egg yolk;
  • 50 g butter;
  • 1 tbsp. spoonful of sugar;
  • salt - to taste;
  • 500 gr. flour;
  • bag of dry yeast (10 g).

Prepare the sponge: add a warm (not hot) milk yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar, leave at room temperature for 10-15 minutes.. Yeast fit and dense foam will appear on the milk.
