  • 150 ml carrot juice;
  • 2 tbsp. honey;
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil;
  • 100 g soft dried apricots;
  • 150 g of flour (1 cup);
  • 100 g of oat flakes (crushed);
  • 0.5 sachet (5 g), dried yeast;
  • 1 pinch of salt.

Mix carrot juice, butter, dried apricots
Carrot juice (you can cook yourself, if you have a juicer) in a small saucepan, heat to about 40 grams. FROM.
Dilute juice honey, stir and add olive oil.
Cut the apricots into small pieces.

Mix the flour and yeast flakes in a bowl.
