Ingredients for a "Swiss braided loaf":
- 800 grams of white flour / s;

- 1 egg;
- 1 tbsp. teaspoon dry yeast;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey;
- 200 ml of warm milk;
- 1 egg yolk (for lubrication);
- 2 tbsp. tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 4 tbsp. tablespoons of melted butter.

Connect with the yeast with milk and honey. Mix and let stand for 15 minutes to complete dissolution.
