  • 6 large cloves of garlic;

  • 300 ml of broth (available chicken);
  • 2 tablespoons pork lard or ghee.


  • 2 liters of water;

  • 4 tablespoons of salt;
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (for color);
  • 6 bay leaves;
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper;
  • 1 teaspoon allspice;
  • some dry juniper berries;
  • 6 cloves of garlic;
  • 2 small onions;
  • 2 carrots;
  • the white part of leeks;

  • paper or a thin cotton twine - 1.5-2 m;
