Meat with vegetables in the oven to cook a good dinner, or as a main dish for lunch. Side dishes of boiled potatoes or mashed potatoes - perfect for such meat.
For this recipe I used beef, but also pork or lamb is suitable. And instead of fresh tomatoes, you can use tomato paste or canned tomatoes.
As for the amount of beer for this recipe, it will depend on the amount of meat you use, it should be enough to cover the meat completely during quenching.

Ingredients for "Meat stew in the oven with beer, mushrooms and vegetables":
- 1 kg of meat (beef, lamb or pork);
- 3-4 small tomatoes;
- 300 grams of mushrooms (champignons)
- 1 sweet pepper;
- 1 onion;
- 1-2 light beer bottles (0.5 liters);
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- ground coriander - a pinch;
- salt - to taste;
- vegetable oil for frying.

Wash the meat, remove the stubble and bones and cut it into pieces the size of 4-6 cm, clozhite in a pot or roasting pan.
Slice the tomatoes and add them to the pan.
Pour into a pan of beer is enough to cover the meat completely, cover the pan with a lid and put in the oven, preheated to 180 oC to 1.5 hours.
While the meat is cooked, heat over moderate heatfrying pan with a little oil. Peel the onions, cut them into quarters of a circle, add to the pan and saute until clear, stirring from time to time.
Clean and chop the mushrooms, add them to the pan, fry the mushrooms together with onions, until all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are golden color, do not forget to stir it regularly.
Clean the peppers, cut them into strips and add to the pan, fry all together for 2-3 minutes, then turn off the heat.
After 1.5 hours after the start of cooking meat in the oven, remove the pan from the oven and add to the meat fried with mushrooms and vegetables.
Season the dish with salt, coriander and black pepper - to taste. After that, cover the pan with a lid and put it in the oven for another 30 minutes.
Now the meat is ready - you can bring to the table, adding a potato side dish.
