Meat loaf in the oven, cooked in ourrecipe - this is a great dish for a holiday. Thinly sliced loaf can be served as an appetizer to any meal or drink. And, with it you can make sandwiches or canapés.
The sweet taste of prunes as well as possiblecomplements the pork fat and spices and zazharki of onions and carrots give Rolls delicious taste and unique aroma. Preparing the dish is quite simple. You will need the peritoneum pork, vegetables and prunes for the filling. Spending a little time to prepare, you get a delicious meatloaf in the oven.
Ingredients for "Meatloaf with prunes":
- 1.5-2 kg of porcine peritoneum (the skin);
- 150 grams of dried plums (pitted);
- 2-3 tbsp. olive oil;
- 1 medium carrot;
- 1 medium onion;
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
Recipe "Meatloaf with prunes":
We washed porcine peritoneum, which isa rectangle with a sharp knife cut the skin, leaving the edge of the site approximately 15 cm. This is to ensure that pig leather covered roll only from the outside. Make deep incisions on the skin at a distance from each other by 2 cm. Prunes wash, pour boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Then chop dried fruit puree using a food processor or finely chop with a knife.
