Figure rinse, cover with water (3-3.5 cups of water), add salt and simmer until tender. Onions and carrots clean and wash. Onions finely chop and grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
Minced lightly fry in a pan with vegetableoil, salt, pepper, and add spices to taste. When the beef is almost browned, add it to the onions and carrots. Continue to fry the vegetables with the meat until done.
