Beef rolls stuffed with pears, I peeked once in the culinary TV show, and since then wanted to try them prepare.

Peel pears, cut it into 6-8 longitudinal slices (depending on the number of pieces of veal).

Fry rolls until golden brown on each side.
Move fried rolls in a baking dish.
Fill the bottom of the form of dry white wine, cover with a lid or shape a piece of foil and place in oven. Bake at 185 oC, until meat reaches desired soft (20-30 minutes).
Serve the veal rolls with warm pear with a garnish of your choice. Remove the toothpicks or string before serving.
