- 1 tbsp. teaspoon dried thyme;
- 1 tbsp. spoon of honey;
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper.;
- salt and black pepper - to taste;
- a little vegetable oil.

Wash and chop the meat of large flat pieces (you can bone). Generously sprinkle them with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
In a large frying pan, heat over medium heata few tablespoons of olive or sunflower oil. Fry the lamb chops on both sides until light brown (about 2-3 minutes on each side). Do not be afraid to overcook - it will improve the taste of meat.
